Have Breakfast

It is a well-known fact that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Not only does it give you energy for a productive morning and kick-start your metabolism, it prevents overeating throughout the day and eventually weight gain. If you prefer not to have a full, heavy meal right after waking up, fruits, oats and grains are good light options to proffer you vitality.

In general, females should drink at least 2.2 Litres and men 3 Litres a day.

The aphorism “ You are what you eat”, again, holds so much truth. To improve and maintain your health, one of the most important thing to start from is having a balanced, moderate and nutritious diet. Good and sufficient sleep is just as important as exercising and eating healthily. Practise Mindfulness

Last but not least, a cultivation of mindfulness and self-awareness will not only improve your mood, but also aid in your overall balance and well-being. While there are many ways to achieve this, meditation is one of the most tested and proven ways to be present and mindful which enables one to feel less stressed and happier. On top of introspection and reflection, such as having a Gratitude Journal, practising Yoga, Taichi or even a hobby that engages your focus and brings you to the present is a wonderful way to be mindful. These are helpful ways to regulate your emotions, ameliorate stress, and to stay calm and happy.
